Co-op says I should wait until after court to open an account as they can't guarantee it won't be frozen - think I'll arrange to have wages paid into either mum's or boyfriend's a/c for a month before my co-op a/c will be up and running if the BR all goes through. Currently I have little money in my current account but do have access to a whopping OD - can I take the £600 fee out of there and living expenses for the next few weeks - I was thinking of taking £1,000 in total - does that sound about right? Don't want to do anything wrong.

Just came back from court hearing, went in paid fee, handed over papers and then 30 minutes later was called back to the desk and told all been done and the OR will call me at home this afternoon - what a relief. I felt sick and nervous waiting, but it was pretty plain sailing (so far) !

Hi Shellyk1,
Glad it went smoothly for you and you didn't even have to see the judge.....keep us posted on the how the interview goes.
My date is next week and I feel very scared but also trying to stay calm. I've done all my research, know it's my best option of moving on in life and am as prepared as I can be for everything I'm likely to be asked.

YEY all done, i cant believe all that worry and it was nothing like i had imagined. All together i was there for an hour if that, all forms were fine didnt see the judge and sent home. I know everyone says it and if your still waiting to go it doesnt make much difference but really really is no where near how you think it will be. Only problem now is covering up the grey hairs that have appeared over past couple of weeks. Good luck s and s soon you will be where iam saying the same things x0
