Nope not working. Just has a call from dh. I think it has been fixed since some posters on HUKD had no luck this morning either. This was for the x2 hotwheels and Jessie. Glad some managed to get it yesterday!

I tried this last night I reserved woody and buzz set and 2 hotwheels but when I got there it had taken the cheapest as the free item so I removed the 2 hotwheels and added 2 art sets at £2 instead and it worked!!! Trouble is I then got refused at the collection point as they spotted the price:( Gutted:(:(:(

Im just wondering if anyone could try doing that again today removing the cheaper items and adding something else maybe that would work?????

Would try it myself but my next nearest argos is pretty far away:(

I tried that and it didn't work-at 2 different stores. Not been able to get it to work at all

I believe this has ended, as I've said on hukd's...

In total i got

2 x Toy Story Interactive Buddies. (£49.99 each)
1 x Toy Story 3 Slinky Dog. (14.99 each)
2 x Hotwheels Toy Story 3 cars (£2.99 each)
1 x Toy Story 3 colour book (£2.00)
1 x Toy Story 3 sticker book (£2.00)
2 x Toy Story 3 stationary set - 3 pencils with character rubber ends (£1.00 each)

so I got about £127.00 worth of stuff for £12!!

And the receipts were priced at £5.98, £4.00 and £2.00 and the staff at the collection point didnt even look at the price.

You didn't have to reserve anything either because when i got instore i realised that the hotwheels cars and interactive buddies didn't work together to give the most expensive free. Then in some baskets instore I saw they had toy story stationary and colour books for £1 and £2 and I entered the catalogue numbers of those and thats how I got the interactive buddies (£49.99) for just £4 and £2 each time.

I went to the self service point this morning with my reservation number but it came up with the proper price. Looks like its fixed

but my daughter got one of the trash compactor Toy Story Lego sets for her birthday ( even though she already had it), so I took it back to Argos ( the birthday present one) but had no receipt.

But to my amazement when I wanted to exchange it for gift card etc, I got told that they weren't doing that on any Lego Toy Story items because a lot of the stock had been stolen?????
(Not sure what they ment by that) and I got told that all the stores have been told that!!
So I'm now stuck with a duplicate Lego set ( worth £49.99) that we already have!!!

stolen?! Rubbish, that is what they said about the Terry's chocolate oranges at christmas. More like they realise that a lot of people will be returning them after the 3 for 2 offer.
