I found a hair (no not HARE lol) baked into a mini quiche I bought from ASDA.
I simply e-mailed their customer services, who apologised and asked me to return it with the packaging to the store for a refund.
If that was not convenient for me they requested that I email them my address. the barcode, the store where I bought it and the value of the product - I did this and they sent me a nice letter of apology and a voucher for £15
