The question is do you choose a car that could give you the best resale value or great value to money spent.:)0

The Hyundai i20 will still have 2 years warranty after the warranty has expired on the others.
Assuming you mean new cars.0 -
How about the Honda Jazz?
VW Polo is a lot nicer than the Hyundai, imo.0 -

That doesn't make up for the Hyundai 'driving experience', I've driven far too many Korean made hire cars (including an i20) and they were not enjoyable drives.
If you just want a car (and don't really care what the drive is like), with long warranty go for the Hyundai.
If you want a more enjoyable drive, with better resale value go for the Mazda or VW."One thing that is different, and has changed here, is the self-absorption, not just greed. Everybody is in a hurry now and there is a 'the rules don't apply to me' sort of thing." - Bill Bryson0 -
I have the Mazda. I would recommend it.0

Mazda is my first instinct. You'll enjoy owning it and using it more than the Hyundai and it most likely be more reliable than the Polo.
I would check NCAP ratings too. You cannot put a price on safety.Hoping this year is better than the last.0
