This was a lovely, supportive thread and it appears to have been taken over by sniping brought from somewhere else on the forum.
Leave it at the door and remember the basic rule of MSE "Please be nice to to all".

I hope in the cold light of day you'll all be ashamed of yourselves, for your words to each other, bringing them here and spoiling this safe haven for people.
The thread has been cleaned up now.

Well said. Hope you sleep well! I've got a couchsurfer coming tomorrow afternoon, so I think I'm going to curl up in bed with my current e-book. (I love e-books. So much easier than lugging half a dozen books AND my laptop when I go to visit family for a few days...)

Yes please, milk and sugar if you don't mind. :)

You know, I once used Google to try to 'diagnose' myself - turns out I'm actually dead!

  • I started the day full of energy and I was really motivated. I've applied for three jobs so things were going quite well, then suddenly my mood just dropped and now I don't want to do anything. I was going to sit in the gardens and listen to the birds but I can't hear any?!?

    It's raining here. :(

All I can hear is our African Grey Parrot mumbling away in the back ground bless him.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for your job applications. :T

    Good luck!

Well, my arm is now fine. However, my neck really isn't. I now have more limited movement than I did when I went to bed on Sunday.:(
