Well said. Hope you sleep well! I've got a couchsurfer coming tomorrow afternoon, so I think I'm going to curl up in bed with my current e-book. (I love e-books. So much easier than lugging half a dozen books AND my laptop when I go to visit family for a few days...)

I started the day full of energy and I was really motivated. I've applied for three jobs so things were going quite well, then suddenly my mood just dropped and now I don't want to do anything. I was going to sit in the gardens and listen to the birds but I can't hear any?!?

Well, my arm is now fine. However, my neck really isn't. I now have more limited movement than I did when I went to bed on Sunday.:(
