    Good morning and well done! I downloaded this quit meter and it did give quite a boost because it tells you how long you've been quit, how many cigs you haven't smoked and how much you've saved. I've still got it on my computer and I'm not prepared to share how much money I've saved. :eek:
    But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?

    Evening all...well what have I been up to...

    4 days smoke free now

    had my lymphodema appointments and got 2 more left

    had my first accupuncture and have another 5 appointments in the next couple of weeks.

    Paid the taxi insurance and just waiting for paperwork to sign and send back

    Went shopping today and bought new GS some stuff and tonight had loads of cuddles ...he's so yummy and quiet...

    and that's about it.

    Read the list! Two appointments, paperwork, shopping, GS, all while kicking smoking! I don't see any lolling in there :) and seriously, I'm really, really glad that you pace yourself.
