    Well done Taxi, you are my slimming hero :) I have to get back on the diet bandwagon- when i lost weight last year i have put it back on plus a few more pounds- totally depressing :( so back i go and i am looking forward to the challenge and looser fitting clothes :)
    Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

    Had my accupuncture yesterday afternoon and then went to smoking cessation this morning..14 days cig free...have an appointment for lymphodema clinic this afternoon.
    JJ is stopping tonight and we're planning on going to the zoo with a picnic tomorrow so hoping for nice weather.Looking forward to having him as hardly had him these holidays due to appointments.
    Nothing much going on except loads of appointments
