Grandma is worn out now but JJ and Charlotte are very happy.Have just spent 3 hours wandering around the car boot with a rest halfway round.
Got Charlotte a teddy with her name on brand new 50p,pair of gorgeous fluffy boots 50p and a gorgeous doll for £2.50.
JJ got a meccano set for 50p with a free meccano car already built up,a cars set of lego for 50p,a micro machines big truck thing that you open up and it's got a built in track for £1,loads of action figures for 10p and 20p,ten corgi type cars for £1,a football mirror, wall clock and photo frame for £3 for his room,3 digger truck car things £1.50..plenty to keep him amused.
Going to have a rest now before DD1 and I go to bingo later with her free tickets.

That sounds brilliant! And as you say, very mse - enjoy after the car boot, its a lot for one day - shows that you're getting some energy back, even if you need a rest in the middle...

  • Hi Taxi, not sure if you need any storage for JJ's room but if you type in lego on the M&S website there are some lego stackable storage boxes on sale for £5 if you order and collect at store there will be no delivery charge and you can go via Quidco too.
