Don't tire yourself out too much. Yippee to the bingo winnings.

Totally understand that you want to get on with things and not post so much, but do keep people updated about what is going on in your life. Even if you only post occasionally, you will still be an inspiration.

    Good luck

You've had a great few days by the sounds of it Taxi - mmmmm, love Nandos! You're right too, it is WW friendly - chicken in pitta and spicy rice is my usual, or chips instead of rice if I'm feeling naughty! :D

Understand totally about your decision over the diary, I hope you know how much you'll be missed though!

    Had a great day yesterday.

i walked to the DRs and back..blood pressure has improved but still quite low so need to go back next week.

then DD and I went to town...I paid another £280 off the holiday.DD bought me some beautiful bath creamers, soaps etc...very much like Lush stuff and smell gorgeous..then walked around the shops and I bought myself a cardigan, quite a few tops,leggings,sandals...in smaller sizes..that felt good.
DD got herself some new clothes too...
Then we went to Nandos..neither of us has ever been to a Nandos before and the Blackpool one opened last month so we were wanting to give it a go.I'm very glad we did it was delicious and was very WW friendly. We left there stuffed and got a taxi home.
Decided to go to bingo last night and won £61....

So a great day all in..I'm feeling so much better for getting out and about and getting that little bit of exercise and fresh air though I'm very tired today.

A great day and Yay to the bingo win :T :)

Keep giving the occasional update please Taxi - I don't come on as often as I used to now the weather is better, and I totally understand you wanting to live life in the 'real' world rather then virtual world.

Funny though how the real and virtual world can merge - I feel as if I know at least some of the posters. Just want to say 'thanks' for keeping me focussed and although I'm not debt free yet I'm in a much better position than I was.

Enjoy your time being fitter and having some cash you can spend without worry.

Hi everyone..hope you're all alright.Just thought I'd pop on..would love to say I've been doing loads of interesting things but haven't...lol

Have spent lots of time with the family and grand kids and yesterday was spent food shopping and buying JJ a new bed.

The rest of the time spent pottering around the house..

Also went to DRs today for blood pressure checked and it's now back up to 110/60 it was 47/52 the other week which gave the DR a real scare..lol..she took it 5 times that morning with different equipment. She was saying it could be another 12 months before I feel great but hey ho I'm still here.

It's meant to be nice this weekend so may go for a couple of walks as DR doesn't want me in the gym yet.
