    Thanks all.
not a lot to report at the moment but guess that's good.
Got my stuff for the gym yesterday and it all fits so all good on that front...so ready to start now.
Have the washer and dryer on at the moment and have washed the pots.
I have a massive pork loin joint cooking at the moment....it was a bargainous £6 odd for 1.6kg...I bought 2...lol...so will be having that for tea today with potatoes, veg and gravy and there'll be loads left for other meals.
Need to nip to shops for potatoes as we have none.

Am ashamed to say that DD2 decided to go through all the kitchen cupboards and rearrange them so that I can see at a glance if we have run out of something...she did an amazing job BUT there was 3 full bin bags of out of date stuff in the cupboards...some of it out of date from 2006...OOPS

So I'm doing store cupboard and freezer challenge now to make sure we use stuff up and only buying what is needed.

Received the medical report that I requested from the Atos medical...she agrees that I have great difficulty walking ,sitting, standing, kneeling, bending and that my upper half is good....then at the end thinks everything will be fine in 6 months and that I''ll be fit for work....I don't know yet what this equates to in points but it will be interesting to find out....am sure I'll know soon enough.

think that's about it from me...

So today am going to nip to get potatoes and shred that big bag of paperwork that's been lying around growing by the day.

Slowly I'm managing to do bits...so getting there.

It was the same when she did the freezers last month...OOPS AGAIN but at least I know where I'm up to now.A lot of things slipped whilst I was being treated last year but we have everything in the right places now food wise. There will be very little grocery shopping over the next couple of months now.

Taxi, do you remember when Hypno moved and she kept throwing out whole skipfuls of *stuff* because she'd been just paying attention to the debt, and letting everything else go? I did it myself in a way - I'm still doing the decluttering, actually. I think maybe the food is something like that ... we get so much of a push on about the debt, we don't realise what else we're letting slip, it just goes. Thats great that DD has taken the initiative on that, she's so sweet. You may well be able to keep on top of it yourself now.

Hope you've got some of this sunshine up there.

You're right there KC...am going to sort the house out bit by bit...it will take a while but will be done.

Went to the shops in the green grocers picked up 1 dozen small eggs 79p(bargain) and a dozen loose tomatoes 72p...then little Tesco 1kg new potatoes £1.50 and 2.5kg normal potatoes £1.00...then into PO for euro millions ticket...don't normally buy but thought why not?

Got home put shopping away and nipped to DS3 house down the road for a brew.Whilst there hunky fireman knocked on door as they were fitting free smoke detectors....he had 2 fitted and was given an extension lead and a message in the bottle...the message in a bottle is a fantastic idea...it is 2 stickers you place one on the inside of your front door and one on your fridge...in the plastic container is a sheet of paper which you fill in with your details and what medication you take...then you keep the bottle in the fridge. Then if there's a fire in the house or the ambulance comes and you're unconcious they see the sticker go in the fridge and see what medication you are on ...they are given to people who have medication that makes them drowsy....what a clever idea.

The fireman then came to my house and replaced our fire alarms which was good as the builder had taken one down when he put the new opening in for the attic hatch.

Have just had a lovely tea of roast pork loin, new potatoes, broccoli, green beans and gravy...yummy.

    this evenings jobs to do

    wash pots
    fold washing out of dryer
    clean bathroom
shred massive amount of paper work
  • I have stuff to shred, you will feel better when it is gone and in the compost.. :)
