Have had a couple of down days but have decided to give myself a kick up the !!!.

Had my medical today and what will be will be...

When I got home I rang up DWP for a copy of the medical report...they have done my medical without consulting any of the 3 DRs I listed on the form and if they stop it I will appeal and take it from there.

Had a NSD until a couple of hours ago when I've just spent £500...lol

Have decided to be pro active prompted by a 20 % discount from Marisota received in the post yesterday which I've used to purchase
    new swimming costume
    pair of tracky bottoms
    2 T shirts
    hoodie

Then I went to the gym and paid for 12 months membership up front ....it was 15% discount if paid up front rather than monthly...so saved £75.00 and I was also cheeky and asked them to throw in the starter pack for free...this consists of sweat towel, water bottle, pound coin holder key ring, digital headphones and obviously the drawstring bag it comes in...so feel I negotiated well there....lol

my stuff will be here thursday and then I'll be ready to start....will start with a bit of swimming, jacuzzi and steam room and build up from there.

    WI day tomorrow

Good for you! Well done for getting a good deal - those MSE ways are deeply ingrained!
Sorry you've been down, I'm sure that's understandable after all you've been through - it's bound to catch up with you. I guess you just have to allow yourself to go through those feelings, then when it passes a bit, you have the energy to kick yourself up the bum.

The gym will be great and give you a new focus. Good luck for tomorrow :) x
