    Having something that isn't a collection, but retains its value well is probably a loophole.

    The capital limit was round about £16,000 the last time I looked, but best to look for yourself.

    I only buy the expensive chocolate anyway...as I can't stand the taste of oil in cadburys etc...

    perhaps its a plan to stop obesity crisis
