Have been up for hours and am in a foul mood...since 5am anyway.

Was bored so checked my bank account as you do and the AA had took £202 out of my account for aa membership.
I was horrified as I received the paperwork a couple of weeks ago saying it was £202 minus 35% discount= £135.15..this was bad enough but thought I'd accept that as was ill with the chemo...no way am I putting up with this !!!! and am going to sort it out at 8am...

I'm now aiming to cancel it and take it out with somebody else...cheeky sods

Have sorted it now...they are refunding 80 odd pounds...reducing it to £121 for the year and apologised.
The refund will take up to 21 days...quick at taking but not quick at giving back.

Good for you! Absolutely unacceptable - and meanwhile you cover the difference! Huh!

Lots of tea and cake coming your way - if you've been up since 5am, its your midmorning snack :D

:bdaycake::bdaycake: again, one ordinary, one gluten free

:coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee: you, me, lucielle and anyone else who pops in.
