Ok, moving on with the case in hand.

Went into town again today. First stop was to the Council Offices. Are we sitting comfortably? then i'll begin.

The council had no idea what a "Tenancy Relations Officer" was. They then informed me that "*HLAC" were the authority who has one of these. I walked around to *HLAC & explained to them what I was told by my local Council.
The receptionist at *HLAC asked me if I wanted his technical term on this matter, of course I was all ears as *HLAC have done most the legwork so far. The response for want of a better word was "That's Bollox" :D
So again Pillar to Post after a 4 mile trek into town in this god awfull weather we're having today lol let alone the 4 mile trek back, I was totally bewildered & utterly confused, I think I have found that tethers end.

    *HLAC have given me a date to go back & see them. . . . . . . . . . this is Monday coming.

Tempers are flaring not only from myself but also friends who are helping me out with accomodation etc.

Even on showing all the authorities talked about, print outs of Law etc, they still stand by their word that they know nothing of it!

I shall now count to 10, very very slowly.

And maybe tenants should agree to keep to their side of a agreement. it works both ways :)

Obviously you have not read through any of what was said properly mchale! I'd suggest you stop your one sided attack here & go over the notes & actual laws that have been broken here. How dare you comment on the matter when you obviously have a biased view. You can slate all you like, the fact of the matter here is, I have suffered a serious case of Injustice & am not getting dealt with in the Prompt manner in which a CRIMINAL matter should.

I wouldn't condone anything until I know the facts, unlike a lot of the posters on this thread who have placed blame on the LL. :)

The facts are there in B&W, try learning to read please mchale.

Erm Heelixx - those authority initials you use identify your town location. You may want to delete them :)

You see, the posts onwards from #50, are facts & signed in letter form. I came to this forum in the chance of actually finding out information in which none of the authorities have been bothered to enlighten me on or at the very least point in the correct direction.
As to the claims of dopehead etc I sincerely condone that motion & would be willing to take you to court on a slander charge.

tbs:~ I know i might have released my location, but if anyone would like to contest, I would quite happily accomodate them at my local Dojo where i train Martial Arts and see what colour their fabric really is. ;)

It's more about the potential for your LL to become aware of what progress you are making with getting matters resolved. It doesn't affect me personally- your choice entirely:)
