    Hey, don't let me upset you guys. I feel bad now, considering we've made it back to the pictures once again.
  • I know of 2 people who have purchased buy to let properties right at the top. One is breaking even, No voids or replacements allowed. The other, well sadly in the euro zone and they are looking a a big subsidy. Sure if you had the where with all, I guess having a string of btls was OK say 10 years ago but I find that it might be a difficult thing if you had done it in the last 4 years.
