I have tried a few of the value range, among the best so far for me are Baby wipes at about 46p, these are great, no complaints. Also jars of beetroot if they still do them and most recently value yorkshire puddings, 38p for 12. I bought some of these to try as I could live with the cost if they were horrible, but they were actually really good, I can recommend them. Tinned food - get stuff like chopped tomatoes, kidney beans etc because what could they possibly do to them. Do not be put off by the value label0

i have to second the long grain rice. 40p for a kilo! fair enough you have to pay it a bit more attention to make sure it dosent stick or go gloopy but i would rather that than pay over £2 for uncle bens!!!June GC £130.93/£150Wedding Date Set 13th October 2012 :T0

I love their tinned peach slices, I think they are 29p one, they are brilliant for dessert. Also I like their frozen veg - peas, corn, cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veg. The ketchup was really cheap and nasty. If you feel my post has been useful, " merci" would not go amiss.

.Tinned food - get stuff like chopped tomatoes,
A couple of years ago I bought 2 tins, because someone on the old style board said they were just the same as big brand name ones.
That was the biggest lie I have ever heard! They were vile, so sour I couldn't eat them even after adding half a kilo of sugar to them. I tried to give them to next door's dog, but he turned his nose up at them, so I threw them in the bin.etc because what could they possibly do to them.l
They don't do anything to them, just buy the cheapest toms they can, the old, over ripe sour ones noone else will buy.
I do buy, and eat Morrisons value stuff, just not their tinned toms.0 -
Like the cartons of value Tomato juice, and don't like their value sponge scourers, the ones from Mr T's seem to last longer.0
