    I ve been trying to get through to Rise Customer Services all day since getting my card, can anyone advise if they have had similar problems and know what time they are open from-to

    Same problem here I have always had problems with them originally I had a monument card with barclays, it then became monument with an r.rapheal and sons and now they want me to do a balance transfer program onto rise this is despite having a pii miselling claim going

    applied and recieved car within 2 weeks,however took another 2 weeks to get pin.

    They are useless. I wish I had never applied for a card with this company.
    They can't speak English, the line is always faint, they don't know what they are doing. And now they won't close my account.
    STAY AWAY!!!!
