out of interest what other cards was you accepted for??i have had my rise card for a while and had no late payments etc but still struggle to get any further credit.

could someone plz give me their contact no, as i cant find it anywhere, i have been accepted for a card off them on monday online, and have heard nothing from them since, just an email saying my card and pin will be with me shortly??? how lon is shortly, lol, whats goin on, lol, how do i contact them, LOL!!!!xxxx

Odd that the website is out of action if they are accepting new customers - 0800 051 4109 is the number according to the following link

the fone numnber is on the website,just hard to find,if you goto faq then near the bottom it says about cancelling the card it gives number to call customer sevices there.

I ve been trying to get through to Rise Customer Services all day since getting my card, can anyone advise if they have had similar problems and know what time they are open from-to
