Ordered the Nokia 1661 and it arrived last week but I still haven't got the top-up through yet!! Anyone else had this problem?

And it is tracking at £6

Wednesday: Still no £10 top-up on mine. I see their phone number is 08700 how much is it to call them please? Any help would be great.
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

I'm still waiting for mine, just as well I'm not without credit on other phone.
Has anyone had a problem with this?

  • this may seem silly, but is there a catch here? i received terms and conditions with mine saying the phone is still their property and that if i dont register it i will lialble for the handset cost.
    clearly ordered it as payg

Yes you have to register the phone so they get their comission, this is how they can offer you heavily subsidised phones and cashback via quidco.

They have a clause that if you dont they can charge you the real cost of the handset, a few companies do this, phones4u and dial a phone I think.

I havent heard of anyone being charged but the option is there for them if they want to.

Just activate the phone and you will be fine :)
