They're not a dodgy company. They're actually a pretty well known and established mobile phone retailer. I know them from a very long time ago (12 years ago) and I believe that they are now owned by Carphone Warehouse. Will try and email them to let them know about the problems experienced when ordering.

mine took 4 days to add credit but I didn't phone to register it, just waited and it went on.

i recieved my second phone that i ordered the nokia 220 slide for me dad that he wanted, it was the cheapest place to buy it even with the £10 top up and it was unlocked. have had good service from them on the 2 phones that i have bought (re regarding earlier post the first did have the battery , hubby fount it in the bottom of the bag lol)
