    They're described as unlocked on the website. So are most of their other PAYG phones it seems. Except those on Three.

    Yes they are unlocked I have just checked one with a foreign SIM card and it works.

    Now could anyone tell me if I order a second phone would I get the cashback or not?

    i have ordered a second one and it has tracked. but the first phone i ordered came without a battery lol. they said i could wait ages for them to send me one or i can buy it through carphone warehouse and send them the reciept and they wil send me acheque, bit annoying but my littlen has a phone for his birthday now
