When you go to the phone details there is a tick next to "unlocked" with the note at the side saying "handset will work on any network" so from that I would assume that its unlocked.

links to this company have been disabled ....not exactly sure of the reason but loads of problems with this company try reading some of the threads regarding them ...heres a selection.

If the deal works with no problems you may get away with it but if you ever need CS it's likely that you will suffer
