    Hello FLYbabes & FLYboy.

Just back from fun but not so restful weekend at Center Parks cycling round a hilly forest with three kids in tow! Thighs like granit now! ;)

Good to see newbie's like Claire and Carli keeping up with the FLYing. That Denise is keeping the faith down under and that the rest of you are keeping your sinks shining and me smiling! :D

Anyone seen Bailey's Babe recently? Hope she's not slipped.

Just catching up with emails etc. Left the house pretty tidy (except office paperwork but let's not spoil the day and mention it...) so am trying to do as much washing and ironing before bed so back to 'normal' tomorrow. Will post 'to do' list later / in the morning and will also check out Penny's/TNG's half term challenge.

Penny - loved your birthday 'to do' list and by the looks of it you had a wonderful day. My birthday will be full of fireworks as we hold an annual firework party for the kids in the neighbourhhood and it falls on my birthday this year.

    Best wishes. Punky xx

dont worry carlih, we all have days like that :)

Personally the only thing for it I think is to put some comfy socks on and surf MSE for a few hours.

    Tomorrows a new day :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

    Carli

Stop beating yourself up right now! Please try and go to bed early tonight then you'll wake up fresh and ready to face the day tomorrow. Just a quick swish and swipe, one laundry wash and preparing dinner tomorrow might be enough to get you motivated again AND DON'T FORGET TO PAMPER/REWARD YOURSELF. Please don't lose heart - we all get a bit overwhelmed by our housework/homes sometimes.

Am thinking of asking DS and DH to walk around naked to cut down on my washing - what do you think?????

  • Hello, Flylady's in Zone 4, the Masterbedroom, this week. Your mission for today is to spend 5 minutes picking up things that don't belong there, then 10 minutes putting them away!

Don't know about you, but I'm shattered, cleaning 5 drawers and occupying the small penguins, today. DH is on a work's meal, so I've had them all day. They're great kids, but have sooooooooooooo many questions, which is great, but very tiring. :D

I've booked tickets to see Macbeth tomorrow, so that's someting for us all to look forward tp after the Great Toy Cupboard Massacre.
