Morning Flybabes & Flyboy!

Half term and having DS home means my plans have to be flexible. Yesterday I wanted to do the master bedroom but ended up doing the kitchen to be close to DS and friend. House was in pretty reasonable shape but is now covered in toys. I seem to have taken on the European washing and ironing mountains and I'm still avoiding all the office carp.

Not a good start to the day. DS up at 3am for an hour, we've slept in, nearly missed the dustman (he got to see me in my dressing gown - the shame!). Not yet showered and dressed. Knackered and don't know where to start.

Think I need a bit of encouragement today - the TNG/Penny head-to-head challenge should keep me going.

TNG - start at the top of bookcase - one shelf at a time. Is it only books? Take off books - dust/hoover shelf & books. Be ruthless and only keep the books you will read again have strong sentimental value and ditch the rest. COME ON - YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Hey all,

I'm off quickly to the new Dunelm to get myself some cooking tins so i can make sticky gingercake yum yum.

When i get back i have to-

Hoover downstairs
mop kitchen and bathroom floor
do ironing
sort out paperwork , loads!
put things on ebay
sort out magasines and take ones i don't need to docotors, where i need ot make an appointment!

Ooh Pen, i purged dd's wardrobe yesterday, does that mean i finished the challenge first as mine and ds's are already done?

Think thats it.
