Carls x0 -
its a WW adapted one
2 leeks
one onion
200g potatoes
1/2 pint skimmed milk
1 pint veg stock ( i use cubes)
Slice leeks finely
chop onions finely
peel & cube potatoes small size ie half matchbox
suatee in a tablespoons worth of low fat spread/butter/marg whatever youve got for 15 mins
then add pint stock with pinch mixes herbs for another 15 mins
cool for 5 mins then with the stick blender blend it all
If you like it thinner add the milk, (but Ive just realised I havnet added the milk in :rotfl: , and ive blended the lot adn its perfect - I think the milk would have made it thinner ( but would go further IYSWIM)
Decant into tupperwares for the freezeror scoff asap!

So, no rest for us Flyers!
Fly Lady's mission for today is to tidy our "nightstand". Clean, tidy, and dust. Then place an attractive object there, to make you smile every day. I'm in negotiation with the Flylady shop, to produce small models of me, as in my avatar, for just this purposeIn the meantime, I can provide photos for you to frame.
Flylady also wants you to get ahead - make sure your favourite duvet, sheets and pillowcases are clean for Friday.

Morning Flybabes & Flyboy!
Feeling carp (close your ears Flyboy) as got my period this morning. Went at it like a mad woman yesterday. Dusted and cleaned DS room, master bedroom and ensuite plus hoovered top deck. Also did a few 15 min sessions in the office from hell. And cleaned the kitchen. Off to take DS to grandparents for his treat today then into town. Should get some ironing/washing done this afternoon and more time in the office. Have taken before photos to publish but DH has run off with camera to take photo of car to sell. He'll probably think I'm weird taking photos of our messy office!
Wishing you all a lovely day. Penny, awaiting photo for my bedside! Punky xxPunky x0
