    Plans for today:
    1) do 3 hours of school work managed one and a half
    2) do ironing about to do
    3) put one load through WM (baby clothes) done
    4) wait in for desk being delivered. desk delivered at end of delivery slot - typical
    5) get DH to assemble desk currently doing and its supposed to take 2 people 1 hour, so he's expecting at least another hour, and bring computer downstairs.will take pity on him and let him do that tomorrow
    6) move some of wedding presents downstairs a minimal amount, but i've started
    7) get chilli cooked done, plus a portion for the freezer
    8) make an audit of toiletries we have in the cupboard about to do
    9) organise toiletries about to do
    10) put away washing updone/try to clean sink and draining board.hot tap still not working.

I make that 8 1/2 out of ten. Not bad considering i have been dealing with a poorly cat and umpteen piles of sick today. Will need to move some jobs to tomorrow i think, and now tomorrow could involve a vet trip if cat is still poorly, or a trip to the pet shop for some worming tablets if not. Also some eggs to scramble, as i've been told to starve him,and then feed him a light diet. The best laid plans eh?

    Night everyone,
    Michelle, xx

Michelle hope your moggy is getting better - just said to OH that a trip to the vet is going to have to be added to my list for tomorrow with one of our mogs. Ho hum. Let's hope they are better tomorrow DK

DK, think ours is a bit better now. We starved him and that seems to work. Only thing is, i alaways feel cruel if one is ill and the other is not, because then you can't leave food down for either. At least i can avoid an expensive trip to the vets, because i'm sure from my internet research that he needs worm treatment, which makes sense as they have started hunting.

Anyway, today: a busy one with hopefully no interuptions from delivery men, or visitors.

    jobs
    1) trip out - post letter and present for relative, visit supermarket for some eggs for the cat, and go to pet shop for worming tablets. all done with the added bonus of having change for my hospital bag
    2) do ironing - i admit i couldn't face it last night
    3) collar window cleaner, ask him to do the back of the house as well this month to save DH a job done
    4) put recycling from kitchen into garage done - also put the compost out
    5) have a pantry sort - make a list for big ASDA shop tomorrow with DH
    6) check dates on medicines in pantry, and generally sort out.
    7) wash the dust of wedding presents as i unpack them (already got DH to carry the rest of the boxes down this morning)
    8) put wedding presents in new dresser
    9) finish toiletry audit/organisation started yesterday
    10) clean fridge while it is nearly empty.
    11) repack a box of old sentimental things to put in loft.
    12) DH to put new tap on
    13) me to attempt to make risotto  chickened out- bought a cheap bag of stir fry stuff
    14) DH to assemble computer on new desk
    15) try to do 3 hours of school work - should be easier with no interuptions.

I know its more than the 10 a day i said, but some are dead quick, and some aren't really my jobs, so i should try and do it really.

    Good luck everyone,:D
    Michelle,

    Hi Flybabies and Flyboy

Back from holiday. 4 words IRONING PILE FROM HELL

Done most of washing and have put smalls and things that don't need ironing away. Why do my dear family insist on wearing two outfits each day on holiday!

Happy Birthday Lynzpower take a well earned break and don't fly too hard today.

Well done to the rest of you either doing baby steps or completely in control -PEN you're doing so well I'm coming over in the night to ruffle a few pillows or create a hotspot !! :p

    Have a good day.

    9) finish toiletry audit/organisation started yesterday

    11) repack a box of old sentimental things to put in loft.

I give up - jobs 7 and 8 have left me shattered. (and to top it off, two of my denby plates were broken). The cat has been sick again and there was blood, and i've had to clean it all up, and had a bit of a cry to myself. I had to sob to the vet receptionist to get an emergency appointment for tonight, nearly kill myself clambering around in the garage to get the cat carrier out, and if hubbie is not home in time to take him, will probably end up setting myself off in labour trying to get him there.

some more things might get done later, but i'm not having a good one at the moment.

Lynzpower - hope you have had a good birthday and you will feel refreshed tomorrow to carry on.

hope the rest of you are managing better than me at the moment. I can only keep trying as every baby step is one in the right direction.
