Where are you fellow flyers I need you.

Just dusted OH office (wet wiped) then had a great idea - lets get all the dust off the venetian blinds. For those of you thinking bad idea, right answer.

Tried to do it with the sheepskin head on the flat mop - dust went everywhere.

Repeated with the wet ecocloth head - better but kept needing rinsing and smelt yucky and now they are all smeary.

All the room is covered in dust again and I am one really fedup Kitty.

    Please help.

  • i'm not doing very well at this again. Probably because i'm not getting where i want to when i'm at work.

Last night i ended up doing school work until 9pm. We had a quick break to eat tea and watch Martin on tonight with trevor Mcdonald.

I ended up having time to wash up, and swish and swipe in the kitchen. I then spent less than 5 minutes in the office, as i figured that it would be something at least. I did a few minutes of filing, and then moved my face sauna from the office floor to the top of the wardrobe in the spare room.

I have come to the conclusion i am not going to get much further until i have got a small computer desk for the living room, so i can then empty the wardrobes of wedding presents into new wallunit (which we still need to be able to move to accomodate new desk), we can move the computer downstairs, and then i can move my school work into the wardrobes in the spare room. Anyone still with me??

Anyway, have managed to get to the shops with money today and buy some veggies for the rest of the week, so i will hopefully feel more energetic. ;) I will try and do some more school work this evening, but will also make sure that i box up the old scanner from the office, and get DH to put it in his car as he arrives home, and then that will be another item off the floor. I'll also get online and order the desk i want, so hopefully it can be delivered by the weekend or start of next week.

hope you lot are doing better than me. :o

    Michelle, xx

Morning Michelle and Joannasmum and anyone else looking in today.

Plan lots of paperwork, PTA prep this morning for meeting later and tomorrow.

May pop up to allotment and maybe to the shops.

It is war cooking in school for me again later!

Will swish and swipe and hoover/mop kitchen floor - rest of house is surprisingly ok. Bedrooms need a dust but that will be tomorrow - remind me someone please.

Fly high and watch out for the fog x

    Hello all,

I have mountains to do today.

Have already prepared dinner- Beef stew.
Have homework to do, although can do that tonight when kids in bed.
Need to de-junk behind sofa in living room,
    Ironing
    Put on dishwasher and empty
Sort out SP2 on dd's pc
    Hoover up and downstairs.
De-clutter my bedroom, hotspots are under bed (getting a new one with drawers so i cannot shove stuff under there!) top of dressing table, drawers and tops of wardrobes.
De-clutter dd's bedroom, under pc things need tobe put back where they live, wardrobe needs sorting for stuff that is too small, cupboard needs sorting out she hasn't touched anything in there so being ruthless.
Still need to make freezer list.

Won't get it all done today but can make a start.

Does anybody know how to change the flylady's time the posts come through as i get told to go to bed about 4 hours too late lol.

    Good luck today

    Carli

Hi Carli - good luck to you, you have an ambitious plan. I have never signed up to Flylady but read lots of threads. I don't think you can change the times as it is a US website and all the timings are set for there. I am not very techie so could be wrong. Can you not just open them adding the time difference or work back a day?

    Doing well have:

swished and swiped toilets and basins
Mopped kitchen, loo and bathroom floors
    washing online
another wash on at the moment
    emptied dishwasher
washed up, dried, put away and shined the sink.

Now 40 minutes to do some paperwork.

Dropped the allotment idea for today and may try to get an online shopping slot:D

    See you all later x
