  • Plan for the weeK:
    Monday -
    • [STRIKE]pay studio card bill[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]make chilli in slow cooker[/STRIKE]
    • tidy up coffee table as it is covered in letters for filing - part - all put in one pile to look tidier for when my sisters visited
recyling put out, would have emptied bin too but didn't know where DH had left the gate key and its still out from being emptied on Friday  fridge decluttered, towels got from TD in garage and folded. DH's washing put in TD. Will retrieve later when he comes in, and also finish off dinner, and try to get him to hoover around before Midwife visit tomorrow.
    plus the usual daily stuff

    for rest of week: -
    • finish baby gift thank you cards - need to buy another pack
    • [STRIKE]complete shop and scan survey[/STRIKE], and report dead battery in scanner
    • catch up some more with the dreaded ironing
    • look through avon book for stocking fillers, then return
    • order luxury xmas pud from bettys by post (i know an expensive treat, but very tasty and my family deserve it)
    • update my address book from email MIL sent me
    • washing - bedding, my stuff, and babies stuff
    • kitchen full clean
    • make a banana and walnut loaf in BM
    • take baby to clinic to get weighed (wed)
    • do some of my cross stitch
    • all homemade meals again this week
    • start my mum on the flylady path so she is tidier for xmas. this will be wed too
    • book cats into cattery for xmas hols. (all depends on when DH wants to visit his folks which is proving hard to pin down.
    • pay cheque into bank
    • get cash out of ATM
    • get new battery for DH's watch

phew - done most of this while baby was feeding, or when sisters visited for an hour. Not to mention the several changes of clothes we have both had today. So yet more washing in the basket. ;)

    When's the party? Make

[strike]Strip beds[/strike], [strike]wash bedding [/strike](windy day so should dry beautifully outside and then smell all fresh and outsidey)
    Hoover and dust living room
    Ironing
    [strike]make Chilli Soup in SC[/strike]
    [strike]Drop DH's trousers off to be altered[/strike] 9.99 each:eek:
[strike]Get some stuff from ASDA[/strike] DD dropped glass bottle of brown sauce - oops.

    [strike]
And take kids for haircuts. DDs first ever!
    [/strike]
I know it doesn't seem a lot but I also have DD to take care of and play with - I've learned from experience not to try too much and to give her some time
so - [strike]Watch Charlie and Lola[/strike] (change to original plan -much better in my opinion.
    [strike]Play trains[/strike]

[strike]Still got to clean up eyeliner. [/strike]

Well - I've got to the end of the day and not done too well. Ironing still there. Spent the afternoon on to Carphone Warehouse who have my order but no phone on it - what's the point of that?

    Ho Hum

Off to do dinner - really feel like going out.

Then its kids to bed - and THEN THE IRONING - Da Da Daaaaaa

this weeks zone is the bathroom and one other room of your choice

    Todays task....

We have moved through the zones and we have arrived in the bathroom!

Your mission for today is to do a 27 fling boogie in the bathroom!

Get rid of those shampoos, conditioners, hair gels, etc., that you have held onto but you don't use them! Toss them! Set your timer for 15 minutes and grab a trash bag and start flinging!

You might even be able to get in a second 27 fling in under 15 minutes! Go for it if you dare! LOL!

Hi, Pond! Only just received my Flylady task, but mine's different. I have to clean the "backside" of the toilet, and clean out all unwanted stuff in the laundry room.

Goodness what a burst of energy carrieparkinson!

I have just read the rules for Lincoln's new refuse collection. All non-rigid plastic now goes to landfill, not the recycling box. And everything that goes in the refuse wheelie bin has to be in plastic, and then for food items double-wrapping. So more buried plastic, and down to a fortnightly collection...won't that be great in hot weather?

I'm off to cook a meal now...the last for a while not including dried pulses!
