morning folks.
After several days of the baby constantly crying, i think it may now be ok. I daren't say i may have cracked it without risking the whole world falling in on me.
I need to really get a grip with my routines this week. I was hoping to get a lot done when DH was here on Saturday, but we were both knackered. I did have my cot delivered, got it assembled, and also managed a nice bit of pampering for me and a half hour of ironing. Never mind the fact that most of it has been worn again already.
Plan for the weeK:
Monday -- pay studio card bill
- pay cheque into bank
- get cash out of ATM
- get new battery for DH's watch
- make chilli in slow cooker
- tidy up coffee table as it is covered in letters for filing
for rest of week: -- finish baby gift thank you cards
- complete shop and scan survey, and report dead battery in scanner
- catch up some more with the dreaded ironing
- look through avon book for stocking fillers, then return
- order luxury xmas pud from bettys by post (i know an expensive treat, but very tasty and my family deserve it)
- update my address book from email MIL sent me
- washing - bedding, my stuff, and babies stuff
- kitchen full clean
- make a banana and walnut loaf in BM
- take baby to clinic to get weighed (wed)
- do some of my cross stitch
- all homemade meals again this week
- start my mum on the flylady path so she is tidier for xmas.
- book cats into cattery for xmas hols. (all depends on when DH wants to visit his folks which is proving hard to pin down.
A long list i know, so it will be split into 15 minute chunks. If i'm not around much, you'll know where i am.
I should also hoover, but i'm hoping DH will do that tonight. He did say he would.
sarahsaver i take it you would recommend that book? It's tempting to buy it for my mum for xmas.

Realised that I can't hoover the bedrooms while I have the airers full of wet washing up so thats next on my list of jobs to do....after I've finished my :coffee: although mines actually a hot mug of apple&blackcurrent cordial
Not looking forward to doing the ebay thing, but needs must. You see I've decided to up DD's Xmas budget to £75 on pressies and £25 cash so she can hit the toy sales with her original pressie lists and see what a big difference waiting a couple of days can do:money::rotfl: OH meanwhile has decided that we can sell his bike...thats been sitting un-used for erm.... 3 years at least
Anways off to look at the daily thread

Just read todays task and am glad to say DONE
The bathroom is one of the few places I manage to keep decluttered as everything is stored on open shelves except for a few smaller items which just fit in the cabinet. Only thing I need to do is transfer some conditioner from one almost empty bottle into the other (I used the other one yesterday as I couldn't get enough out of the almost empty one  ) and then empty the bin...which reminds me I must go and hoover.... :rotfl:
