Evening Flybabes, Flyboy and morning Denise??
A HUGE welcome to Ellas, Pigpen (great name!), Lara & Carrie. If you haven't already, please take a look at the FLYlady site and you'll get the gist of what we're trying to achieve. Lara - be gentle with flat mate - they were only trying to help! Just beat them to death with a wet towel
Michelle - sounds like you've got things well in hand. Am I missing something? Is there a photo of Baby Charlie circulating O/S?
Carli - I was about to send the search party out! What with you, Bailey's Babe and Chipps all back with us it feels like the gangs all here. Haven't heard from Dusty in a few days though....
Mandi - get where you are coming from. Life is too short. But I'd like to echo the thoughts of those before me. FLYing/OS gives me more time with my loved ones. I spend small manageable chunks of time on tasks (15mins), methodically work through and declutter/clean areas of my house and establish a daily routine so the bulk of my time can be spent with my family. Since I've been FLYing we get extra time for cuddles in bed in the morning because everything for the morning was laid out the day before. OH comes home to a home cooked dinner /tidy house / happy son and even happier wife and the stresses of the day fall away. Evenings/weekends are family time only as all tasks were done during the day/week. Friends, family and neighbours know my home is always open to them to visit at a moments notice as I'm not stressed by a messy home. And I get fantastic support from the gang on here which is vital when you're a stay at home Mum. The FLYgang make me laugh and smile everyday - just like my DS! And between laughs we get a few household chores done in good humour and good time.
LYNZ - YES I AM SHOUTING - NOW YOU'VE SOLD THE FLAT QUIT MESSING ABOUT AND FOCUS ON GETTING A JOB. You've done an amazing job getting your place ready for sale and sold fast. Give yourself a break and focus on what's important.
