Morning all. No time to read anything this morning - will just post what I have and haven't done (guess which will be the bigger list . . .)
    Yesterday:
    [STRIKE]Pack lunch - done
    Breakfast
    Laundry
    Work[/STRIKE]
Write cheque and send away Uni enrolment stuff for DS2
Pay bill in town (who is bill???)
    Bank refunded insurance cheque
    Sweep and wash floors
    [STRIKE]Laundry again . . .
    Easy dinner
    Collapse[/STRIKE]

Spent too much time helping MIL sort out her phone problems yesterday to get much else done!

    **sigh**

    Todays list . . .
    Make lunch
    Laundry
Get kids out of bed for school (should have been out 15 minutes ago)
    Work
Buy some more broccoli to go with dinner (beef and broccoli)
Write cheque and send away Uni enrolment stuff for DS2
Pay bill in town (who is bill???)
    Bank refunded insurance cheque
    Sweep and wash floors!

Has anyone seen cashsaver lately? Haven't seen her around since before the rugby. Do you think her DS has dragged her to France following the Rugby God called Dan Carter??

"Service Focus is all about taking time to understand the needs of our customers and shaping what we deliver in line with these needs, rather than delivering what we assume to be right. Service Focus is also about ensuring that equitable services are provided to all members of the diverse community at large."
That's actually how my SIL talks, but he's all about money, rather than being in a Caring Profession.

It's usually revealing to test whether garbage like this means anything to imagine anyone ever stating the opposite

eg 'this school is a cold and unwelcoming place whose barely qualified staff pay no attention to the needs or achievements of its pupils'.

In your case, lynz, you imagine saying:

'We do whatever we want to, whether or not it is suitable for our customers, and have no interest in whether we treat people equally'.

I do realise that this doesn't help you at all in wading through what must feel like 800 pages. Try it again after one glass of wine, then put it away for the night and pour another. I don't think tackling it sober is going to work.

    Thanks for asking!!

well.. the child still lives.. though he has not enjoyed the jobs he was given to do (putting away toys, picking up everything off the flor in the front roomand clearing the table.. as well as putting away his washing like the others and doing homework!)

The door hinge has literally been ripped out of the wood.. This is our new kitchen that cost us £1500 at easter!!

hubby has headache fromt he stress of it all (snigger) and I have a headache fromhim yelling.. so.. I am off out to asda with my mother and we are coming home via the pub!!!

My 2 W/M's, 2 T/D's and D/W are loaded again.. for the 4th time today for each of them..

    Tomorrow HAS to be better!!

Oh and if anyone has any idea how to find my bank card (which I suspect the baby has posted into the abyss under the floorboards) please feel free to tell me because I am getting most stressed looking for it and I may cry.. it has only been valid for 8 days and it is gone!!
