Oh wow thank you! I am spoilt for choice on trips. I'd like to to the 12 island cruise but I think 4 trips in 7 days is enough, I think we will have to see how we get on.

We leave on Thursday evening and are so excited! Thank you for all your help and advice!

Oh my goodness it's hot here! Late 40s apparantly!

We have now been on all our trips, the paragliding was totally awesome! I have lots of photos so I'll post some when we get home!

Forgot to say - go to Cherry Chow for a drink. Morris and the other guys are lovely in there. My 3 year old daughter fell in love with Morris, and used to run into the bar and jump straight into his arms for a hug

From what I remember there is no age limit.

We went paragliding 2 years ago in Olu Deniz.

It is the most beautiful place I have been.

A woman of 83 years of age had just paraglided when we were there!

I would recommend shopping around though. We stayed at Lykia World and they wanted alot of money to paraglide. The resort was amazing though.We went into town and got the same for 1/3 of a price.

They usually give u a free boat trip aswell but we didnt do that as didnt have time.

The cheeky thing is the instructor that paraglides with you (tandem) more or less expects a tip at the end. We just walked off. As far as we were concerned, we paid for what we got. You spend approx 30 - 40 mins in the air however, of course they have get you down and they do it quickly which made us feel sick afterwards!

Also, make sure you take a pair of sunglasses with you. The jeep on the way upto the mountain is very rocky as you can imagine and dust flys everywhere and into your eyes!

Thanks Gem, we dud our paraglides on Monday, the trip up the mountain was really nerve racking, not because of the anticipation but beacuse of the roads, and steep incline with sheer drops, when we reversed at the top I shrieked, convinced we were about to go over the edge!!!

I loved it when the pilot spun me, I have some videos as I took my camera up too!

Glad you are having fun - my mum did the 12 islands boat trip today woth Carole and Tayfun.
Go to Buzz Beach bar and reserve a table on the top deck area their cocktails and food is amazing!!
