Start by reading post two. That's why I took the time and trouble to set it all out - three YEARS ago!0

I have done.
But I cant do most of that!
On the website all i get told is that its 12 motnhs free line rental and its payable in redemptions. There are no further details until i purchase the phone. Its on the samsung website but it wont be them doing the second contract will it?0 -
If you are unable to find that much information yourself you will be heading for trouble. It's all on there and not really very difficult to find. You'll get no details afterwards; you do have them beforehand, but that's only one of many things you need to do in order to ensure you get paid. As a complete novice, steer clear unless you've done a LOT more research - and not just on their (current) t&c. There are dozens of threads on this company alone on here - and even more and cashback schemes/dealers. I use these schemes widely and guide a few others through them - but I have done the research and have a lot of experience. The advice on here isn't always good advice, so you must know what you're doing or be prepared to lose the cashback. Just in the last few days alone there have been people coming on to describe declined cashbacks (for various reasons). There's nothing new under the sun - I live by these deals in one sense and love them; but they aren't for a lot of people.0

Hi I have just contacted them. The man said it is very easy to redeem the money and it is done through 02.
Are there other questions you suggest I ask him? I have done as much as I can from thread 2.
Shoudl I ask how long I have to send off the redemption letter or something?
Thanks again0 -
That's outrageous - one of the most damning things this company has come up with so far!
He lied. O2 has NOTHING to do with this. I recommend you give these deals a miss - but have sent you a pm.0 -

Absolutely! If you can't get the details, t&c in advance, then run a mile. As MJ said elsewhere, there is no such thing as a free lunch and if Company A says Company B will pay you the cashback, think "Would I accept this on a market stall?"0
