I am pleased that you have decided to work this through yourself rather than let your inheritance go the way of the rest. However, if bankruptcy does look like the best plan perhaps you could compromise in the interests of harmony and your parents would give you an economical car or buy one for your use- I am not sure how that might work with bankruptcy. This could count against a portion of your inheritance, but would also leave the main bulk for you to sort out and work out how not to get into such a situation again.But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.
