I parked my motability car in private free car park at my local cinema. As a disabled driver i parked in disabled bay. By the way have done this for last 4-5 months 2-4 times weekly!!!! Unfortunately this day i didnt display my disabled badges - 1st time in 12 years. My tax disc clearly shows disabled vehicle and driver!!!…
