The ONLY parking tickets you have to respond to are council issued Penalty Charge Notices ( P.C.N ), and police issued tickets called Fixed Penalty Notices ( F.P.N ).

Anything other than those two reguarding parking are more likely than not Private Parking ompany issued ( P.P.C ), having said that though some private parking companies do work on behalf of councils like Vinci Park ( Hull.C.C ) to name one, the way to see if its council backed or private is to look where to appeal to, if its council it will have the council name and address to appeal to, if its PPC then appeal will be to them directly, so thats how you tell a scam ticket from a proper one.

Hope that helps clear things up for you.

Course not, Excel don't act for Councils. They run their own scam.

Stop worrying about it and just file each letter, really, ignore them completely! :D

You were caught fair and square.

Go on tell us, which PPC do you work for? And blue badges have no legal standing in private car-parks. You don't know the law do you?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • If the sign says "Blue Badges Only" then how difficult is that to understand?

Blue badges are do not apply on private car-parks. To limit disabled spaces just to blue-badge holders is a breach of the DDA (Disablity Discrimination Act) because it's discrimination against disabled people who do not have blue badges. So the car-park owner is breaking the law.

If the DDA says that retailers and service providers have to make reasonable adjustments (wide parking bays etc) available to ALL who fit the DDA definition of disability, even those with no Blue Badge - how difficult is that LAW to understand?

Name me the car parks you so call "enforce" in or around Huddersfield and i will go and park there until i get a scam unenforceable invoice and when i do not pay it are you going to take me to court? No you are not.

    You know you will lose.

Name me the car park you "enforce" (PCSO wannabe) and i will happily go and park in it till i get a scam invoice.

    Up for it?

Or if you are in the South, Lurking Enforcer, let us know which car park and I will go and park in it and collect a ticket from you. Then I challenge you to take me to Court.
