I'm very sad at the mo!
Car failed the MOT so needed more money spent on it - which i didnt have = more on CC!!
Didnt get the loan = so no end in sight and more importantly if the heating goes completely no HEATING over the winter.
Freezer is gone completly (food is defrosting so if i carry on will all get ill!!) I only have £140 towards one which is just not enough = more is going to have to go on cc :( ::(

Sorry my diray is becoming a whole depressing thing - I started a new one to give me the push to get back into it all and to be all positive - two pages in and im at the lowest i have felt about the debt.......... Ohwell must pick myself up and make a plan........ :(
Off to see whats best to do on the freezer front as thats the main thing at the mo i guess

Don't feel that your diary is depressing, it's your diary and your way of coping with all the thoughts that are racing through your head. You should read mine, gosh it's just down right depressingly boring. But when I've put it down on MSE that's it written and i stop whinging as soon as i shut down my computer. It's my life saver and lets face it we all need that at the min.

I love the fact that your diary is so honest and normal, you are a mum who is juggling all these things.

keep smiling and we are all reading and routing for you.

Thank you all. Im feeling loads better today :) We have ordered a cheapish fridge freezer - managed to get one for £210 delivered and had £130 and today my mum gave me £70 towards one :j:jso i will pay it off the cc :)
I also got the clothes she ordered from next sale - and there are some cute bits and should have enough 3-6 for ds now - or atleast only need a few bits...
Had a look at the free freezer - but it says will let you know in a few mths so wouldnt have been able to wait that long - never mind at least i have one now (well when its delivered on thursday!)
Not sure what ill do with the heating - just really hope it will do us through the winter and give us some more time.........fingers crossed!!!!!
Have been speaking to DH about how down i am about it all and i think its helped give him the kick to go along better with the debt busting! He has said we have to really tighten belts and he wont have as many bears and also will just smoke baccy - which will help loads (not as good as giving up but cant moan :D) His friend owes him some money as he helped him out so he will ask him for some baccy instead (his friend had offered him to buy it as he has lots from holidays or something) So should keep him going for a while.
Off to look on the freebie board as i think i need to pay more attention to it and see if i can start getting some little presents......
thanks again for the little lift from you all x

  • Morning mummy, about hubby wages, hope they go in soon.

Also wondering if you would like a pink fluffy dressing gown for one of your girls its aged 2-3 years and i would happily post it to you if you do, listed it on ebay and it didn't sell (wrong time of year) was going to send it to charity shop, then thought of you, pm me your address if you would like it.

DH has now been paid! So shouldnt get any fees as its before 5pm....better still be it otherwise ill be even madder!!!

Have worked out a budget for the mth and think it will be ok. DH owes his mum some money for some F1 tickets for next year!!! I know he 'had' to get them now as his dad and bro wanted them.............grrr. £180!!!:eek::eek: So want to pay her back this mth as its not nice owing family money (and we already owe her £250 anyway!:o) So wont be able to save any but will be better to get it paid off..

Have just done my first survey for ages so will be saving up any vouchers for xmas.
Ebay still has no bids :( but will try and add some more soon.....

    Free scratch card - 10p - everylittle helps :)

Have also done a big list of lots of things to do over the holidays - most are free/cheap. Apart from dd wants to go bowling and also do a tree top activity thing (£10) Which i have said she can do. So should cost tooooo much over the weeks. There nan and granddad gave them lots of change so later they have said they want to sort all the 20ps and 10ps so they can have them in there purse and use for icecreams and sweets. So will save me having to buy them any for a little while......
