You don't believe anything I say so why bother asking me?
Please don't tell me what way I intended a post, particularly when you suffer from autism and accept that you don't understand tone and subtlety.
I asked how many surgeons you were suing because you have said that you have had 5 botched operations.0 -
Do you have to pay your own costs if you get awarded money using legal aid?0

By your own admission yours was successful.
Mine wasn't, see the difference?
I've managed to survive breast cancer twice therefore I consider myself a survivor.
Depends how you define successful.
To most women surviving 5 years post surgery is a success.0 -
I notice that nobody seems to have the intelligence to have grasped the point of the post - which was made in good faith. Unlike the majority of posts following it. Thanks for this OP - and I will pass it on in my other forums. Where adults might read it. Unlike the primary school brats we seem to have in here.0

Agree wholeheartedly with your post...the information posted is of use to those it may concern..it appears that some people are not using the forum has intended and instead seem to be following their own agenda.

My accident was 20 years ago and if I'd had my pelvis pinned I might not have been left unable to walk, they didnt pin it because of the spinal injuries and my congenital spinal conditions.
Maybe if they had done the spinal ops sooner I would have been able to walk, if ifs and ands were pots and pans..........................
Life isnt perfect and Im still alive, you are still alive but you cant live your life due to your anger and greed, how sad for you and more importantly your 3 kids.
Give your kids a life and try to get past your get rich quick scheme, believe me claiming compensation isnt easy and in the state of mind you claim to be in you couldnt hack it, I had all the mental checks before a case can go to the high court and because I had already started treatment, against my solicitor advice btw, it reduced my award but it meant I could cope and my solicitor understood why I did it, I couldnt go on any longer being a victim.0 -

I always try to answer every query you throw at me but it's never good enough for you.
Unfortuantely these are the fact & if the facts don't suit you then there is nothing else I can do or say.
I answered you question.
I am suing the hospital as they are responsible for their surgeons.
The 1st surgery (the mastectomy) was the one that was botched.
The 4 further surgeries were all failed attempts to put things right.
Is that clear enough?
I can give you names, dates & times if it will help.
Why couldn't you answer my original (polite) question equally politely? I was simply asking for information, not suggesting that you hadn't had surgery.0 -

Ok, if your going to be pedantic.
ONW's breast reconstruction that she had after her mastectomy was successful in her opinion.
Mine hasn't been successful despite the fact they have attempted to reconstruct 5 times.
Is that good enough for you?
I haven't survived post surgery for 5 years yet either.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

I answered your question as politely as you are to me.
I'm suing the hospital ie. Northampton General.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Maybe if you lived one day in BCS's shoes, then maybe you'd understand why she's suing the hospital that operated on her.
Why do you feel the need to belittle and question other peoples' disabilities? This isn't te only thread you've done it on either.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
