For the love of god stop picking on her ! This is a major change which will affect millions of people. The OP has brought it to our attention. Please TRY to be big enough to see the implications & worry this will cause.
Imagine a member of YOUR family. Your mum, your dad, your brother. Sick, weak, trying to cope & totally not being able. Either they go to work and just get on with it - struggling like hell and life being an absolute misery- or they face no money. NO money at all.
My god, the spirit of Ebeneezer Scrooge and the workhouse is alive and well in MSE !! All these big, hard, tough talking, shallow self righteous LITTLE people make me sick. Got a lot of growing up to do, people !
EDITED- Snoopy, I was a nurse and I got ME, and it did totally change my life.0 -

I don't understand what your problem is with me.
Yes you had breast cancer too but your experience wasn't the same as mine & you don't have asperger's.
I don't see the point in you being interested in anything about me as you have made your feelings perfectly clear.
I'm suing the hospital as you can't sue surgeons & if you could I would only be suing the breast surgeon who botched my op.
I was supposed to be having a skin sparing mastectomy & he gave me a radical one which wasn't what was written on any of the notes.
Do you honestly think I would get legal aid to fight a case that didn't stand any chance of success.
It has been nearly 4 years since I had my surgery & I didn't even want to sue, I was talked into it by my mum, my ot & a lady from the NAS who had also had a mastectomy many years ago & couldn't believe the state they had left me in.
When I had my last pre op & the nurse saw what they had done to me she cried btw she was an old matronly type nurse who was about to retire & she said she had never seen anything like it in her life.
I don't care what you & your cronies think as it is irelevant, the authority's including my GP agree that I had substandard care & that's all that matters.
I can't wait until it's all over & I can post that I won as that will wipe the smile off of all your faces.
Please don't talk to me again.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

They don't give mastectomies to young people willy nilly obviously.
I had been having a discharge from my nipple for 2 years & when they took a sample it came back as suspicious. Obviously I was devastated but when they mamogramed me & gave me an mri it came back clear.
By this time (9 years) i'd had enough of it all & said I wanted the surgery as it would be easier than living with the fear of getting ill & possibly dying.
When they did my surgery they did it wrong, I didn't get what they agreed to do as my surgeon seemed to forget he was doing a prophylactic mastectomy not a radical one which is what he gave me.
Because he fcuked up my plastic surgeon couldn't do the reconstruction I was supposed to have.
Btw when my results came back I had high grade DCIS with less than 1mm microinvasion & I also had pagets disease in my nipple.
If I hadn't had the surgery i'd be dead now so I am grateful to be alive but I didn't sign anything to have a radical mastectomy I signed a consent form to have a skin sparing mastectomy.
The surgeon fcuked up & consequently left me in the poor mental state i'm in.
I can't understand for the life of me why other women can not have apathy for someone who has had such an awful experience.
Yes some of you have been through awful experiences too but if anything that should make you more understanding not less.
Please don't talk to me again.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

But that was years ago - you are never going to get out of the vicious cycle if you insist on living in the past.
It might of been years ago how is that relevant?
It all has bearing on how I feel now & what has happened to me.
It is all documented in my court case which I truly believe I will win.
Obviously you don't understand as it hasn't happened to you.
Obviously this is a popularity competion & yes you are more populare than me but that doen't make my views any less valid.
Please don't talk to me anymore.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

That maybe but you meant it in a malicious way as always.
You don't believe anything I say so why bother asking me?I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Some of us have also had mastectomies (even if we don't choose to define ourselves that way in our usernames) and understand perfectly well.0 -

Lots of people have had mastectomies.
By your own admission yours was successful.
Mine wasn't, see the difference?
I've managed to survive breast cancer twice therefore I consider myself a survivor.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Nobodys name was actually mentioned as being one of the horrible peoples, but, if the cap fits...0
