    Yes i'll join you, going to make an appt with practice nurse tomorrow, hopefully will get in this week to see her! So as soon as I am armed with my prescription, I will CHALLENGE you both!

    Good luck, it's not easy but you can do it, I had my last ciggarette on wednesday, and am detirmined to get through it!

    Hi good luck to everyone who is giving up smoking I am giving up tomorrow I am so dreading it, but I now it will be worth while.

    I am going to start drving lessons with the money I would of spent on cigs
