Can I sue my Solicitor...PLEASE HELP! :(

Richard Webster will no doubt correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think you can sue the solicitor for the whole of the £90K shortfall as this has been caused by your failing to honour your agreement with the mortgage company.
I agree. It will be an interesting point how much of the loss is referable to the solicitor's negligence and how much to OP's failure to mitigate her loss by acting sooner.RICHARD WEBSTER

Im at a point now where I see my only escape out of this to leave the coutry (which I can afford to do) or kill myself.
Easy now people, if this isn't someone trolling then your comments could drive them over the edge, hang your heads in shame go on.
Labouche, if this is genuine then it might be worth considering bankruptcy, theres another forum on here where people will be able to help and appear a lot more civil than this lot.
