I just spotted this on the t-mobile site for pay as you go

I think you can get up to 200 mins each weekend if you get an international SIM.

call costs generally seem reasonable, india and bangladesh are 7p to mobiles, and 5p to most landlines in europe/us

Not sure how it compares to the O2 offer

I use this company to dial abroad, really cheap, you get a landline number to call from a mobile , and an 0800 number to dial from anywhere else, you top up with £5 and it costs you 2p a minute , the above deal seems really expensive in comparison

seems like a lot of faff, I just like to dial the number from my mobile without messing about with shortcodes and calling other numbers.

I use Lyca at the moment for my calls back to malaysia, but consdiering using t-mob
