Worthwhile calling the Trust main switchboard and asking for "Medical Staffing" surrey don't have much (if any) accommodation available on their own sites.
Med Staffing will be able to either let doctors know that you have accommodation, or they will be sorting out accommodation for their own trainees (when we talk about trainees bear in mind you are a trainee for the first 8 years of your medical career - that is 8 years after your 5 years of medical school!) They may have an accommodation office that does the work. Worthwhile giving them a bell near the time. Things do happen fast though - jobs are not sometimes confirmed until a week or 2 before the rotation.
I'm currently sorting out a rental on a property, I went from rightmove to negotiation, to having my accounts dept send over the paperwork in about 2 hours today. No one has looked at the property.
Thanks Paul, that is useful to know, although one problem I can see is that if things move fast as you say and are on a short timescale that might be a problem for us because we wouldn't like to leave it until the last couple of weeks before we leave to agree all this.
I might also be able to use this for our regular investment properties? usually the market is dead in the run up before xmas but you mentioned December could be an active month. Because we usually allow our tenants to move onto a periodical contract when their fixed term is up they can move out at any time which could be late November/early December which is a very slow time. My properties are in Battersea (SW11) and my wife's in Hackney (E8) plus we have one between us in Tottenham Hale N17. Although I prefer longer term tenants it would be useful to get someone in for a few months should a December vacancy occur, especially as you say they might pay good rates as December is a time when I would probably drop the rent to ensure finding a tenant but give them a contract expiring around late August (so we would either be renegotiating the rent or marketing the property in a much better time for us)Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

No it wasn't wasted on me, I just think I was a bit too subtle for you. I've just realized Harris I've been a bit rude, here we are talking all about me and I haven't even asked what your job/profession is and what your property circumstances are?
So what are your details?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

You won't win anyway but if you imagine that you might, then you could keep the money. But I want my favourite charity (who I do voluntary work for) to benefit from this, they are called 'Last Chance' and are a dog rescue centre based in Kent. This is the benefit that you can't see, your £100 will help desperate dogs that need help. I do home-checks for them when someone adopts a dog around my area.
Also I am not willing to give my (and certainly not my wife's) property addresses to some unknown person on the internet, but I think this can be solved by showing MY (not my wife's) mortgage account statements for my let properties with the address partially (just the number would suffice) blanked out. It will have to be a copy of the deeds and or solicitor's letters concerning the purchase for my house because there is no mortgage on it (I don't suppose you believe that either).
It would be better if we could do this face to face, then I could collect your £100 donation, do you live anywhere near Dorking? Or perhaps someone that you trust does?
What is strange about this is that you find something so simple so hard to believe, I didn't really thank about that until I mentioned it to my wife and she thought it was very odd as there really isn't anything remarkable about us that makes anything 'unbelievable'.
No need to jump through any hoops at all, unless of your own creation. You've offered evidence, I've accepted that offer. All very simple. I'm not even that interested in your mortgage arrangements or deeds. You will, of course, have copies of your current T/aggs, which can be confirmed using publicly available information. Simples. However, as I've already explained to you, this isn't a todger waving wager issue, so I see no need to reduce it to such. Let's keep the poor doggys out of this.0 -

My "details" are exactly that... Mine. I have no need or desire to advertise or self promote on this, or any other, message board.0 -

What exactly is this then? You questioning me about my background and you keeping quiet about yours? Are you ashamed of what you do, your qualifications and your current housing situation?
So you are not willing to put your money where your mouth is then? The offer of evidence that you refer to that I made was the donation to charity involving Martin who I belive I could trust to be discreet with the information but at the same time verify my details, but he probably wouldn't do this unless he saw a benifit, ie a reasonable donation to charity and my stance is the same.
Do you think I have been posting on this website for months with the objective of trying to fool you? Look through my old posts you will find posts conistent with what I have said.
Yes of course I have copies of my tenancy agreements but I have already said that I am not going to divulge the addresses of my properties to some unknown person on the internet.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I'm not questioning you about your background. I'm quite clearly saying that I don't believe the background YOU have declared. I'm sure you will agree that I have asked for no information about anything other than that which you have freely and, without prompting, offered for public consumption and, as a result, scrutiny. That you should feel the need to justify your presence on here by publicly disclosing such personal information is a matter for you, and you alone. The standards that you have chosen to apply may not be those that I have any need to replicate.
Anyway, you have offered a challenge, I have accepted, but you seem to be less comfortable with that now. So I'll leave it with you to decide where you want to go with this next.0 -

No that's not true I am totally comfortable with the offer that I made! But you however do not want to put your money where your mouth is!
I stand by my original offer. However if you could convince Martin (or an agent of his representing this website) I would be happy enough to play aong without the bet, however without the bet I don't believe the motivation to co-operate would exist.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

This isn't a financial issue, it's an issue of truth. True integrity has no price, after all, but a value unsurpassed by mere money. But, if you are uncomfortable with that concept, I can understand your reluctance and must draw my own conclusion.0 -

What I am uncomfortable with is revealing certain information to you, I have no problem revealing this to reputable person (like Martin for example)Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Well then, we have something of an impasse, though not related to your Billy big todger bluster about £1000 bets, I notice, so I guess that's progress at least. But it's always going to be a bit difficult to establish the validity of your dubious claims without any information to rely on other than your own brand of BS. But I'll leave it with you. You know how to PM me if you feel the urge.0
