Table numbers

Not 100% sure what we are going to do

Ie a theme or numbers. If it is a theme i have no idea what we would do

We're getting married in California then going on a similar road trip, so I was thinking of doing the same kind of thing for our party when we get back - great minds think alike! Think I might get a postcard of each place whilst we're away to use on the table name card.

were naming ours after butterfly species like red admiral/clouded yellow/holly blue/geranium bronze/purple emperor/turquoise blue etc x

You could also get lots of postcards and get guests to write on the back of them as a guest book of sorts.

Some people have famous couples, or places that mean something to them, or what about important dates?

We are having wedding traditions with a little explanation of what they mean to get guests talking.

Numbers are okay but sometimes someone gets the hump because they think its linked to importance.

This is the one thing that worries me! We already have enough family problems - people won't speak to each other so the 2 families are going to be mixed up!!!!

Me too! The legends who have played for Liverpool!!! i.e. Keegan, Rush, Barnes, it keeps H2B happy!

If I were to have chosen, we would have been having jewels. I have bought genuine swarovski crystals to go on the tables, not very MSE, but when you buy a bag at a time, it's not so bad, & they do look much better! So something along the lines of Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald.

Haha I'm stuck with Stoke City players, my OH also has insisted on him in a Stoke shirt for the cake topper and the logo on the underside of one of the tiers... strange man! I suppose you have to give them something lol

If it was up to me the whole wedding would be beach/sea themed and so the tables would be named after our favourite beaches

Better not let my H2B see that - we'll end up with Accrington Stanley players! He already believes my red theme is a tribute to them!
