Yes, I work for a major retailer , and we can find transactions to a specific date, so I'm sure Asda can, a bank or credit card statement should be enoughto find transaction, xx

i too tried to return school trs with no recepit. i just wanted a exchange. All i got sorry no recepit no exchange- i cant help you any more. And tat was tat.

I tried to exchange a baby present for a larger size as the original was too small but the new policy had kicked in and they wouldn't exchange despite wanting the same item :mad:

I have just returned something tonight without a receipt and they refunded me onto a gift card.

She said at the moment they are honouring people but evntually they will phase in the new ruling
