    Hi ya to you too!

Nice to see you on here and no marathons planned but my first half marathon is planned for may. I started running 18mths ago and decided this was the year to plan for the longer one and I'm half looking forward to it and half dreading it!

I'm up to 7.5miles now and aiming to get to 8miles this weekend and then on and on

Thats pretty good going you'll be zipping those miles away before you know it. I have a Half Marathon planned in March up to 4 miles I have run it before and came in at 2:04.30 faster than I expect :D

I'm hoping to get to that kind of time too. I'm aiming for a 10k in April and hoping to come in around 50-60mins.

NSD 9/18 now and half way there

Mega boring day at work, hoping tomorrow is better, this has been a long dull week of gloom at work and hoping next week is better too. Did do a little reading for the assignment so not too bad really to have this chance to get this done at least. Quite lucky really to be able to do this.

What else, not much apart from thank goodness tomorrow is Friday and its weigh in day, run day and measurements day. Then its on to study and cleaning weekend!

I'll make it up the Mr Dog tomorrow and we'll go on the longer walk in the morning and a longer one in the afternoon

I ran 8miles tonight and am very pleased with this - tired now.
Diet STS this week and measurements remained the same too.
Must try harder on the diet and stick to kcal allowance for the next 2 weeks
Beebs now and early start in the morning as per bloomin usual

Could the money situation get any worse? I don't think so and I really hope not. This is a real low point financially and I'll have to call the bank when I can face it to see what I can sort out with them. I've been trying so hard and have not got there at all. Still if this is rock bottom the only way is back up and up some more and more again to never fall down so low again

I nipped to the supermarket for the final few bits for work lunches and bought quite a lot of reduced fish to stick in the freezer. Was cheap, now portioned up in the freezer for some quick and easy meals which will be needed for the next week or so.

Have meal planned for next week to include the following
Sat - Quorn sausage casserole, veg and potato
    Sun - the same
Mon - dab, potatoes and veg
Tues - whiting, potatoes and veg
Wed - haddock, HM wedges and peas
    Thurs - pasta and veg
Fri - leftover pasta and veg
Sat - Quorn Thai green curry

Lunches are soup - celeriac, carrot and artichoke or vegetable with fromage frais. Snacks are fruit and limit self to one cereal bar per day and one other if running
    Dessert is a chocolate mousse
Friday is big meal at lunchtime before long run in the afternoon and a very light tea

No need to buy anything unless I run out fruit and also writing a shopping list to stick to rigidly next week

That's the cleaning almost done. Just leaves some more washing of clothes and floors tomorrow. Dog walk time now then stick the casserole onto cook. Might have some dumplings instead of potatoes and say whatever to the diet this weekend.

Not much on tv tonight so will do some reading for my assignment and have an early night instead
