Have meal planned for the next few days to use up some freezer stocks in a slightly more special tea for New Year's Eve - a lighter fish pie from Good Food. Hoping it's nice, sounds ok and kcals and fat allowance are ok for evening meal.
Should last at least 2 days, probably more really. I'm currently eating leftovers all this week! Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri then Sat new meal and leftovers Sun/Mon? Might divide it into smaller portions and freeze half to save eating it for the next few days! Just need to build in some more fruit and veg as haven't eaten that much this week. Don't suppose it matter's too much as I'll be back to normal next week on the fruit eating and increased veg intake again as normality returns. Well it returns as I'm back at work, but as the assignment is due in normality won't return for the next 10 days where this is concerned. So a lot of quick and easy teas are required...to make sure I eat properly and don't resort to take aways and ready meals!
What else? I'm going to have a pamper couple of hours tomorrow to and have a home facial and make sure I am radiantly glowing for the New Year even though I'm not going out and will be having an early night. Looking forward to waking up fresh on New Year's Day.
Just deciding whether to go for a run tomorrow or sunday - will check the weather and see what its like as today has been dismalfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
I've joined a challenge on the diet website to help get back on track and refocused after the festive break and shift this final half a stone. Aiming for the next 2mths to get there and fits in nicely with the weight loss challenge on MSE too.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

No make up - have enough to last a long time apart from maybe one eyeshadow in the future and mascara at some point
No skincare - should only need a moisturiser, maybe none until the end of the challenge, not sure
No toothpaste - until I run out
No shampoo and conditioners - until I run out
No styling products unless I have only a day or two's worth left
No books
No DVDs
NO EXERCISE DVDs AT ALL
No coats
No pasta
No tinned tomatoes
No chicken stock cubes
No yankee candles
Is that it? Hmmm not sure, might add to it later on

Hoping for a NSD today - should get there and hit the target for Dec! Yipee!
Have just spent an hour making a fish pie for tea and happily used up fish from the freezer, half used pot of cream cheese and creme fraiche from the fridge and also potatoes that were in! Nice one! Unfortunately have made quite a lot so at the moment its chilling in the fridge while I decide later to cook half or the whole thing.
Just about the fly around the house to get it looking nice and then spend some time on the assignment, better get a move onfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
oops no studying done yet, might do a bit in a little bit, or might not!
At least the house looks a lot better and tidier. Been for a long dog walk this afternoon in the very mild air and low winter sun which was a nice surprise on New Year's Eve.
Happily reached the NSD target today of 15/15 reached! Yipee!
Just wondering if a glass of wine might aid the writing process or not? Hmm doubt it!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Happy New Year to you,
wishing you lots of happiness

Thank you very much and of course I wish you lots of happiness too x
Well this is the first New Year in a long time when I haven't woken up feeling pretty low about things. I did wake up feeling a little delicate after a drink too many last night but pleased I went to bed early and despite a pretty dreadful night's sleep and feeling fragile first thing I took the dog out on a longer walk and then dragged myself out for a run after a lot of rehydration. Run went well which was a nice surprise!
A good way to start the New Year by carrying on with the running and not thinking about starting exercising.
Anyway I now have newly dyed hair again too and am aiming for a NSD also. Must stay away from qvc today and not order any makeup or zumba. Must stay strong!
What else - really must do some uni work today or panic stations will really arrive. Little bit of cleaning to do and usual washing hokey cokey too.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Oh dear, this assignment isn't making very much sense at all so far, I'm writing stuff down but not much sense or critical analysis being made so far. Oh well back to it then!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

One third written of the most boring assignment I have had to write so far. Tomorrow I'm planning on filling in some of the gaps and writing another 1000 words. It's pretty dire so far though
On a happier note I have set myself some delighful tasks for the next few months ahead
Diet - lose the final 7lb!
Aim to lost a further half a stone
Weigh once a fortnight
Take measurements fortnightly
Exercise - trim that waist up!
Run at least 3 times a week and increase to 4 times a week in line with training plan
Yoga - start off with 10mins twice a week and take it from there
Zumba - weekly to start off with then twice weekly
Beauty - continue all the strides made over the last year!
Treat feet daily and weekly
Face mask twice a week
Usual skincare and make up routines to continue as normalfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
