Nice work on the inch loss :D

Lost 3lbs this week so 14lb more to go - hope I lose another 3 next week again to come in at 6lbs

Went for a run this morning which I'm glad I did due to the weather chucking it down with rain when I got in from work

So this weekend's exercise will be
    Friday - yoga
    Sat - run and yoga
Sun - 30 day Shred - have a go again at this after last year's attempt

Also nip out tomorrow for some camping stuff to use extra 20% voucher, have mooch about for some clothes at same time as supermarket shopping then garden before the showers

Sunday - flying and HHI and shredding and sort out of spare room if it rains

Oh dear have woken up with a bit of a cold - maybe that was why I felt so tired this week. Wil lhave to see about a run if I feel better or delay it for a day or so.

1 lot of washing out drying and another lot about to go out and once I get back its time to do some gardening inbetween the showers

Lets see if I can stick to my diet calorie allowance today - went over yesterday after eating a bag of liquorice torpedoes as a treat for doing so well and they're a bit of a weakness for me lately. See you all later and have a good day

oops over the calorie allowance today but hey - why not after the success of last week and I will be firmly back on track again tomorrow at the 1200 mark

Day off exercise as felt coldy this morning and body a bit achy from yesterday and physio. Will be doing some tomorrow

Caught up on the cleaning and gardening today and also bought a few holiday bits.

Tomorrow will be a NSD, finish off the gardening in the morning, bit of cleaning left over and ironing then sort some holiday stuff out ready to go

Lovely run this morning in the sun and a gorgeous start to the day
An hour and a half in the garden catching up on plenty of jobs and most immediate ones done
Just having a shufty around for a mackerel recipe from the store cupboard - should be ok, either a spiced baked one or plain baked one with lemon and parsley.

This week's meal plan is from the freezer and every thing is in from Fri-Fri - just need a meal for Friday night and will decide later on

Today is a NSD and should be able to get some more in this week

Once to GP finishes its onto Shredding for today then catch up with tidying up and ironing before tea and long dog walk later on and maybe even a nice pampering bath before I bag up some change ready for the bank to swap into money ready for the holiday

A lot done today - 30min run, 30 min walk with the dog, 20 min Shredding circuit workouts (v.hard work)

Also gardening and then when the rain arrived onto the spare room tidy up - 3 bags full for charity shop, a load into recycling and then quite a bit into the bin that couldn't be recycled either way and all clothes and bedding put away and all ironing done. Sorted out work stuff and bit of food ready to grab in the morning.

Little bit over calorie allowance today but no treats - the mackerel took me over the limit! Still its gone from the freezer so some space freed up in there and I know that 1 whole mackerel is far too big for me to eat!

Now has it rained all over the world today? Tennis washed out, MotoGP washed out, F1 washed out and has rained here since midday today and is very wet, rainy and miserable now.

Hot chocolate time and early night I think once have counted some change into bags

Change all cashed in ready for holiday bobs soon

Went for a run after work which was hard work after woke up this morning feeling like I was coming down with a cold - work today shook it off as expected and decided to take advantage of the glorious day and ran for 30mins. Achy legs from Sunday still so a couple of days off now apart from some light yoga

NSD 6 today - at last!

Low mood today for some reason today - the weather forecast next week looks dreadful for the holiday, must be the lunar eclipse making me feel this way

Happily it was another NSD today making it 7/15 and will try for another one tomorrow too then its probably spend per day for the next 8 days leaving a total of 14 to aim for and miss the target by 2. Unless I manage to get a couple of NSD while away.

Will write shopping list for Friday and do some housework and a few jobs tomorrow then try and get excited about being rained on for days and days

change to holiday plans - managed to find a cottage for the same price as a pod - booked it and pleased about having some walls around me and a roof with all these heavy showers. Really looking forward to it now!

Tomorrow then is a quick tidy up and clean
    A run
Washing if it stays fine long enough!

Some packing then some more packing and dog bathing then ready to go!

Don't forget the equinox is coming up which is always a difficult time. Lots of change and detox/cleansing going on.
