    Fit in 30mins planting out
Sweep and mop kitchen floor if its warm enough
[STRIKE]Add up totals for May AFD, NSD etc and set June's[/STRIKE]
Ok not too bad overall, planning some exercise in a hour or so, still have bedroom to clean and leaving planting and floor until tomorrow as left work a bit later today

    NSD - 15/17
    AFD - 27

I'm back! Couldn't log on since Wed for some reason

Not much to report apart from at last went out running the last 2 mornings which was nice, did 3 days of yoga for 30mins a time and another lot tonight

Just off to do a bit of gardening and cleaning and that's about it!

Ok no gardening but will be doing all the above from last weeks list tomorrow

All flying completed bar the ironing in the morning - yeah!

And aiming for a NSD too - will go for Sun-Wed as have physio on Thurs then maybe Fri-Sun next weekend and see if I can go for a full weekend! Will have to take no money to work otherwise will cave in! Have bought enough today at Sainsbugs for work lunches and will have a root around in the freezer for teas. Can't remember what's in there but I'm pretty sure there's enough to keep going for a week or 2

Really need to knuckle down to the diet plan as I got weighed yesterday and have put another 2kg on - eeeek!

Very pleased I went for 2 runs and did a lot of yoga as the trousers I had on felt a little less tight than last week - weird!

Plan is to do the same for next week and some more running!

And a huge congratualtions to you on completing your thesis - I'm not looking forward to next year which is FT work, dissertation research project and 4 modules to do between Oct - June = grey hair here we come silver fox!

no alcohol tonight either - a big mug of hot chocolate to keep me company while I have a think about a meal plan for next week!

    Quite a productive day

First of all a NSD 2 then into the garden for some potting on and planting out about halfway there now. Some house things repaired but some bad news on the state of the walls which are dreadful and need a lot of work doing to them and no idea about how much this will cost - a lot I imagine which I don't have. Looks like some of the plans will have to be shelved

    Oh well

Pleased I went out for a run this morning so that's 3 this week and 3 sessions of yoga

Aiming for the same this week to help me feel more positive about things

    NSD 3/15

Meal planned for the week to get in under the 1200 cals per day limit. Just about made it if I can stick to it and have included a lot of snacks and food in the plan.
Went over by 153 today as was so hungry after work stuffed a bag of baked crisps in and 2 rice cakes ontop of rest of plan. Stayed under the fat limit of 45g per day

Logging off now for half an hour of yoga to make amends for the calorie count today and then its 2 runs on Tues and Wed and then the dreaded physio again on Thurs so a day off exercise.

NSD 4 today which is good going and should get another 2 in this week (Fri/Sun) so getting there slowly

Went for a run after work after nearly talking myself out of it all day but the weather was so nice I thought I'd better go and enjoy it! Good run, quite slow but at least I went out - 28mins now increased by 3 mins from 25 - back to 30mins next week then on it goes to get back up to 10k over the next month or so.

What else, not much really - pamper time now!

Lost some inches over the last 4 weeks from last measuring time which is ace plus a friend told me I looked trim today which made my day considering I put on 2lbs last week

Hoping the scales have a surprise for me this week, lets see!

Exercise day off today so tonight is prepping tomorrow's tea so its ready to go after physio, bit of sewing and some stretching

Not a NSD today as bought some salad stuff had run out of but was a low spend day. Needed to buy some cereal to eat at work as overslept this morning and had to rush around getting ready to not arrive late - managed it in time!

AFD 8 all well on that front for June

Nice talk about running today and quite a few of us run and quite a few don't run. Nice to see how everyone who does run gets on and compare how we find it. Next run should be Friday after a couple of days off to rest my slightly achy legs
