Today was fill up the car with liquid gold costing a load and only 3/4 full

Anyway not too bad diet day at least and another run tonight which was a bit harder as I added a bit more onto the route to get closer to where I used to be. Hoping gets a bit easier next week!

    Running 30mins 295 kcal
Walking the dog 30mins 61 kcal
    Total 356 kcal
    Target 200 kcal per day

    Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed = 800 kcal to burn
Actual kcal burnt = 2130 kcal
    Extra kcal used = 1330

    Nice result after 4 days!

quick shuffle around to find something for tomorrow's tea that fits into the calorie allowance - made it - just!

Also forgot to mention how the CC1 company have decided to give me an option to increase my CC limit, then CC2 also sent a letter to see if I want to pay more off. Its a skinty month due to all the physio payments atm so can't really until this settles down and I find some spare cash from somewhere. Plus need to save up for the holiday - its disappearing rapidly for the last couple of months

What else - need to crack on with some revision over the weekend as its back to uni for a quick refresher next week then the exam will be here before I know it the week after

Oh well yoga time is calling and better stick to it!

    Hiya,

great to catch up on your doings & see that you're much improved & exercising loads :j

I do love my yoga sessions; my preferred time is after a bath in the evening as I'm really relaxed & can get much deeper into the poses. That rarely happens though & this week it's been early mornings instead, still better than nothing at all though.

Fanks missus! Nice to see you on here again

Well today didn't go too much to plan afterall. Felt really fed up today thinking about stuff and called in for a dreaded ready meal curry, indian snack and nan bread combo and sweeties and strawberry flan

Oh dear over the calories limit today by a lot - still back to normal tomorrow pretty sure I will be and planning on 60min yoga and 30min run and 45 min walk alongside, cleaning, gardening and revising! whoo hoo hoo hoo hoo!

Feel brighter today which I'm glad about and have devised a list to keep me very busy and my mind occupied :D

So far the BM has finished and some pizza dough will be magiced in there later on, WM x 2 and bed stripped, windows open

Today plan is - LR, bathroom, kitchen, all floors vacced swept or mopped, yoga, run, sweep up outside and plant out and pot on and 2 hours revision. make a massive pot of ragu either today or tomorrow, meal plan, work out if have enough to make some soup for next week at work.

Then flop down and have a rest! Aim for a no spend day too as I've not really done that great this week!

    Hi,

Lula says the 'freedom days' were your idea, so I thought I'd find your thread and say hello and thank you for the idea. It's really good, and helping with the 'new me' image.

Hi there se999 - nice to see you, I'm not doing the 'freedom' days so much as I'm a bit preoccupied with uni at the moment then when I can have a rest at the end of the month I'll check out what I have in the wardrobe again

    On a different note

Living room, bedroom, bathroom, swept and mopped kitchen and bathroom floors, loads of washing all drying outside on the line

Now deciding when to do some yoga, walk the dog and revise and make a couple of pizza bases :rotfl:
